US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (On-site, Hyderabad)

About the role

The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be based on-site in Hyderabad and will focus on marketing and placing bench consultants for US‑based clients. You will work closely with internal staffing teams, account managers and external vendors to match consultant expertise with client requirements across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source US IT requirements from job portals, networking channels and vendor relationships.
• Engage with bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences and availability.
• Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interview schedules and drive successful onboarding.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of consultants and track opportunities through closure.
• Negotiate rates and terms (C2C, W2, 1099) with vendors and clients.
• Collaborate with internal staffing teams and account managers to align on client expectations.
• Work aligned with US time zones and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in US IT bench sales and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099) and contract types.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job portals such as Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder.
• Experience using professional networks like LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with vendor management systems.
