US Hiring Recruiter – Night Shift (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic US Hiring Recruiter to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones. The role is based on‑site in Vaishali Nagar and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for global companies, primarily serving the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for US‑based and international clients.
• Source candidates via job portals and hiring platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice and others.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience and role fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep accurate recruitment data, reports and metrics up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in US hiring or international recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English (US accent preferred).
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours (US time zones) and meet hiring targets.
• Own a vehicle for commuting.
• Graduation degree required; immediate joiners preferred.
