US Healthcare Recruiter (Hybrid, Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Healthcare Staffing team in Noida. The role operates on a US night shift schedule and follows a hybrid work model (three weeks remote, one week onsite).

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based clients, focusing on clinicians, allied health professionals, and mental health specialists.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice and other job boards.
• Support recruitment for correctional facilities and the North‑East region of the United States.
• Utilize ATS tools (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva) and navigate MSP/VMS environments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth interview processes and timely placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in US healthcare staffing.
• Proven track record recruiting clinicians, allied health, and mental health professionals.
• Experience supporting the US North‑East region is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
