US Dispatch Executive – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a US Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate dispatch operations for our US‑based clients from our Mohali office. The role involves assigning loads, monitoring shipments and maintaining strong relationships with drivers, carriers and customers while working the US night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for US routes and assign loads to drivers.
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure on‑time pick‑up and delivery.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, carriers and customers regarding shipment status.
• Handle scheduling, load planning and real‑time issue resolution such as delays or breakdowns.
• Enter dispatch details accurately into the system/CRM.
• Track and report on KPIs like on‑time delivery, load utilization and driver compliance.
• Assist with billing, documentation and compliance issues when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US dispatch, logistics or trucking.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work the US night shift (06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST).

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatch software and load‑board platforms.
• Experience using DAT and Truckstop.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for dispatch management.
