US Chat Process Representative (Disability Preferred)

About the role

This position involves handling inbound chat inquiries from customers in the United States, providing product information, and driving sales through online conversations. The role is open exclusively to candidates with a disability and is based in Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer chats professionally and courteously.
• Engage customers to understand their needs, provide accurate product, pricing, and promotion details.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities during chat interactions.
• Address objections with empathy, aiming to close sales.
• Document all interactions and sales details in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a chat or online environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, rotational shift schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
