About the role
The Upselling Sales Executive will work from our Sector V office in Kolkata, handling customer interactions and promoting additional products or services. The role focuses on achieving daily and monthly sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend relevant upsell options.
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain quality, compliance standards, and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 12th pass with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience (experience documents mandatory).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong convincing and upselling abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite in Sector V, Kolkata.
