UI/UX Trainer & Mentor

About the role

Engineer Sahab Education is seeking an experienced UI/UX Trainer and Mentor to deliver industry‑focused design education to students in Indore. You will guide aspiring designers through the full design process, from research to prototyping, and help them build professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions covering UI design, UX design, design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Teach and demonstrate industry‑standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Run hands‑on workshops, assignments, and real‑world project simulations.
• Mentor students on portfolio creation, case‑study development, and career preparation, including mock interviews.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and continuously update course content to reflect the latest UI/UX trends and AI‑powered design tools.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to simplify complex concepts for learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or mentorship is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD.
