TV Assembly Line Operator / Technician

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated TV Assembly Line Operator / Technician to join our Bengaluru manufacturing unit. The role involves operating assembly line equipment for Smart and LED televisions, following standard procedures and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, assembling TV components according to production schedules.
• Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled units and record production data.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Support 5S and safety practices, and assist in training new operators.

Required profile

• Technical qualification such as ITI, Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or TV assembly is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Machine operation – handling assembly line equipment.
• Quality control – visual inspection, basic testing and defect documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting of electronic components.
• Computer literacy – using production software and digital reporting tools.
