Treasury SAP Deployment Lead

About the role

3M is seeking a Treasury SAP Deployment Lead to drive the implementation of treasury solutions across assigned regions. You will work with global teams, ensuring seamless integration of SAP modules with the Treasury Management System while supporting the company’s financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead treasury deployment activities, manage timelines, gate readiness, progress tracking and risk escalation.
• Represent Treasury in regional deployment forums and coordinate ERP governance with process teams.
• Identify current‑state gaps, propose mitigations and drive standardized, harmonized processes aligned with the global banking strategy.
• Support end‑to‑end testing, SAP security role assignment, and migration of customer and credit data from legacy systems.
• Create and maintain deployment documentation, job aids and training materials, ensuring optimal bank statement setup between SAP and the treasury system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of treasury business process experience, including at least 5 years leading large ERP or system implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In‑House Cash, Bank Communication Management and Financial Supply Chain Management.
