Treasury Operations Manager

About the role

3M is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to lead its global treasury function from Bangalore. You will work with innovative teams worldwide, driving cash management, liquidity monitoring and treasury transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, in‑house banking and treasury governance.
• Manage and develop a team of treasury professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Treasury SOX compliance, maintain a strong control environment and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Drive treasury transformation through automation, digitalisation, process standardisation and optimisation of Treasury Management Systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders while supporting strategic treasury projects and global banking initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking or Corporate Treasury.
• At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience, managing and developing teams.
• Experience in multinational or global business environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba.
• Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring and cash management.
• In‑house banking, FX operations and bank connectivity expertise.
• Deep understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to lead treasury transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
