Travel Trainer

About the role

The Travel Trainer will join the faculty at Frankfinn Institute's Raipur campus to deliver classroom sessions on travel and tourism. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing learners for careers in ticketing, itinerary planning, and basic airline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans covering domestic and international ticketing, travel documentation, and airport operations.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and presentation resources.
• Assess learner performance through tests, projects, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor students on industry expectations, professional grooming, and conduct.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure course schedules and training standards are met.
• Participate in academic meetings, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel and tourism concepts, including ticketing and itinerary planning.
• Effective teaching and classroom management abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills for diverse learner groups.
• Basic computer proficiency for using presentation tools and online resources.
• Graduate degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in travel agencies, airlines, or tourism operations is an advantage.
