Travel Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join Kingjills Travels. In this role you will generate leads, convert inquiries into bookings and nurture long‑term relationships with travelers seeking personalized holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of sales experience (travel industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus.
