Travel Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Rajasthan Tours Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic professional to oversee daily travel operations and ensure seamless tour experiences for clients. The role involves coordinating with hotels, transport teams, vendors, guides, and drivers to deliver high‑quality sightseeing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, bookings, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, vendors, guides, and drivers.
• Maintain accurate booking records, service confirmations, and operational documents.
• Handle last‑minute changes, special requests, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the tour lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in travel and tourism.
• Good knowledge of Rajasthan tourism destinations.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and email communication.
