Travel Operations Executive

About the role

The Travel Operations Executive coordinates all aspects of tour execution, ensuring seamless service delivery from booking to post‑tour documentation. This role works closely with sales, hotels, transport providers, and guests to guarantee that every itinerary runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tour bookings, review itineraries, and confirm all services with hotels, transporters, guides and local vendors.
• Manage hotel reservations, room categories, meal plans and resolve any on‑site issues during the tour.
• Arrange vehicles and drivers, share detailed itineraries, and monitor driver performance throughout the trip.
• Maintain communication with guests, travel agents and internal teams via WhatsApp groups and other channels, handling requests and escalations promptly.
• Track daily tour progress, address operational disruptions, and coordinate alternative arrangements when needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel operations, tour coordination, DMC or hospitality (freshers with relevant education may be considered).
• Good knowledge of domestic tourism destinations, especially Gujarat, Rajasthan and UP.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
