Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join our team in Nagercoil. In this on‑site position you will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs and budgets, and craft personalized itineraries for leisure, honeymoon and corporate trips.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather travel requirements and propose suitable options.
• Design and book complete travel packages, including flights, hotels, ground transport and activities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, provide destination advice and manage any changes or cancellations.
• Coordinate travel documentation and ensure all reservations are accurate and cost‑effective.
• Stay updated on travel trends, vendor offers and promotional packages to recommend the best solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in a travel agency or tourism‑related role, handling domestic and international travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field (preferred).
