About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Travel Consultant to manage domestic travel enquiries, design personalized itineraries and convert leads into bookings while ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails and enquiries for domestic holiday packages.
- Design and recommend customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing effective travel solutions.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other vendors to ensure seamless trip execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and conduct timely follow‑ups.
- Provide end‑to‑end assistance before, during and after travel.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound or domestic travel sales.
- Good knowledge of domestic destinations and tour planning.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM tools.
