Travel Consultant (IATA) – Nagpur

About the role

We are expanding our travel management operations in Nagpur and are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with IATA knowledge to deliver end‑to‑end travel solutions for both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using IATA/GDS systems and airline portals.
• Prepare itineraries, fare quotations, and issue tickets.
• Process ticket re‑issuance, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑in.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while generating new business.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservation systems.
• Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings efficiently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with IATA/GDS reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
