Travel Agent – Schedule Change Team Lead

About the role
Etraveli Group is looking for a proactive Travel Agent to lead a schedule‑change support team in Pune. You will guide daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and help the team meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support team members in their daily tasks and set personal targets.
- Monitor behaviour, performance, and attendance, and report issues to the manager.
- Evaluate performance, identify mistakes, and drive improvements.
- Organise regular team meetings and one‑on‑ones to develop staff.
- Delegate calls and cases, and ensure schedules are adhered to.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of on‑paper experience as a team leader.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Expert knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
- Proficiency with Windows, MS Office and Google Applications.
