Travel Agent (GDS) – Freshers Welcome

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our travel operations team. The position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with a basic travel diploma who are eager to work in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process airline and hotel reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Provide accurate ticketing and itinerary information to customers.
• Handle inquiries related to travel geography, ticketing rules and industry jargon.
• Work flexible shifts, including rostered weekends, to ensure 24 × 7 coverage.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple markets and adapt to both office and remote work settings.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with a diploma in Travel are welcome.
• Willingness to work 24 × 7 with a rotating weekend schedule.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to different markets and systems.
• Flexibility to work from the office and from home.

Required skills

• Familiarity with at least one GDS platform (SABRE, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo, Wordspan).
