About the role

The Transportation Operation Center (TOC) is Amazon's central hub for managing transportation execution across multiple regions. As a Transportation Specialist, you will ensure smooth inbound and outbound freight flows, resolve exceptions, and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate communication between carriers, vendors, fulfillment centers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor inbound and outbound operations, identifying and resolving issues that affect delivery timelines.
Research and query internal tools to provide real‑time decisions on exceptions.
Analyze operational data to spot trends and recommend process enhancements.
Develop and track performance metrics that drive business results.

Required profile

Basic understanding of logistics and supply‑chain concepts.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, notice patterns, and propose improvements.
Proactive attitude with a focus on customer experience and business continuity.
