Transportation Specialist – Inbound Operations

About the role

The Transportation Specialist in the NOC Inbound team ensures smooth information flow between warehouses, category teams, and carriers, addressing issues that could affect customer experience and business continuity. This role focuses on inbound logistics, planning freight deliveries to warehouses according to scheduled appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Research internal tools and make real‑time decisions to resolve transportation issues.
• Handle vendor and seller requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems promptly.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, report progress, and identify blockers.
• Maintain high standards while removing barriers and proposing process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven time‑management skills and ability to work with internal, partner, and customer teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
