Transportation Representative (Remote, Disability Friendly)

About the role

In this role, the candidate will work with the business and operations team to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results and initiate programs in a fast‑growing, complex environment. The position is fully remote, allowing the representative to support internal stakeholders from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal customers such as CS, MM, LM, FC, Transportation Program and HR.
• Produce compelling written and verbal messaging and present complex information clearly.
• Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Apply strong analytical, mediation and problem‑resolution skills to address issues.
• Demonstrate leadership with a bias toward action, fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and local management teams, ensuring clear formal and informal communication.
• Utilize process‑improvement techniques to enhance visibility tools, methods and processes.

Required profile

• Any graduate (minimum 12th grade qualification).
• Strong analytical, mediation and problem‑resolution abilities.
