Transportation Representative – IN Channel Support

About the role

The Network Operation Center (NOC) team is seeking a Transportation Representative to support Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Central Operations. In this role you will help drive last‑mile transportation programs, ensure smooth pick‑up and delivery of freight, and act as a liaison between Amazon operators, third‑party carriers, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage transportation execution across the Amazon supply‑chain network.
• Resolve exceptions in real time, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Analyze network data to identify trends, automate processes, and propose operational improvements.
• Maintain configurations in Amazon tools to meet operational objectives.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely freight movement from vendors to fulfillment centers and from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics and last‑mile transportation concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and drive customer experience improvements.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process ideation and execution.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups).
• Experience extracting data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data‑management systems.
