Translator – AI Trainer

Job description
About the role
We are seeking a fluent Hindi‑English translator to help train AI chat‑bot models. You will converse with bots in both languages, assess their performance and create new dialogue examples to improve their responses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and review their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality of AI‑generated conversations for correctness, relevance and performance.
- Document findings and suggest improvements to model behavior.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
- Based in India and able to work as an independent contractor.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Hindi language.
- Proficiency in English language.
