Transition Leader

About the role

The Transition Leader ensures smooth service transitions to captive/BPO environments, meeting timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and drive successful handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service transition activities, ensuring gate criteria, timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria are met.
• Implement transition methodology including scheduling, coordination, documentation, risk tracking, and go‑live readiness.
• Assess service readiness needs covering processes, training, communications, delivery impacts, and transition risks.
• Support cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful transitions.
• Provide on‑call support for transition activities, issue resolution, and business‑critical timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• 5‑7 years experience in a globally operating company.
• 5 years experience with regulated systems (SOX, FDA) and global SAP projects.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
