Transactional Attorney (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned in‑house transactional attorneys to join a cutting‑edge legal AI project on a full‑time contractual basis. This remote position is open to candidates in Latin America and Africa who have strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology‑focused contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to train AI models.
• Review AI‑generated responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI‑driven contract review solutions.

Required profile

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of in‑house experience with technology transactions (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
