Transaction Services Manager

About the role

As a Manager in Deloitte's Transaction Services team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and advisory services across a range of cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of target businesses and their drivers.
• Assess data accuracy, follow up with clients and third parties, and resolve anomalies.
• Perform financial analysis, interpret publicly available information, and identify key issues.
• Prepare deliverables, including Excel models and PowerPoint presentations, within agreed timelines.
• Support a variety of deals across multiple industry verticals and geographic regions.
• Represent Deloitte to clients and targets, building credibility and fostering strong relationships.
• Assist with proposals and business development activities.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (first or second attempt preferred) with a strong academic record.
• 4‑6 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in audit, articleship, or transaction advisory.
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
