Transaction Business Development Manager – Office Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth of our Occupier Services business in North India, focusing on corporate occupiers, GCCs, startups and multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective occupiers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and networking.
• Generate qualified meetings for transaction teams and build a pipeline across NCR and other key markets.
• Research companies, occupiers, GCCs and expansion plans to prepare presentations and initial pitches.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR heads, administration heads, procurement leaders and corporate real‑estate teams.
• Track occupier expansion, hiring activity, fundraising announcements and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track conversion metrics and manage the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of experience in tele‑sales, inside sales, business development or corporate sales.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision‑makers and conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (50–80 calls per day).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience selling premium or high‑value services to corporate clients is preferred.
