Training Specialist – Last Mile (On‑Site)

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile Learning team is looking for an on‑site Training Specialist to boost employee competencies across AMZL and EDSP stations. You will design, deliver, and monitor training programs that directly improve operational performance while upholding Amazon’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and intervene to meet business goals.
• Proactively recommend and implement training interventions for mapped stations.
• Track station performance metrics and pre‑announce needed training.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and manage live performance data for the assigned territory.
• Deliver classroom, digital, and BQM learning sessions as required.
• Maintain and analyse data reports in Excel to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit processes and close gaps immediately.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead improvement projects and drive quality & learning metrics.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, approachable, and able to travel for business needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest training techniques, tools, and processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint for content creation.
• Experience creating training content using AI‑enabled tools.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
