Training Manager – Travel BPO (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Training Manager to lead learning initiatives for a Travel BPO operation in Gurgaon. The role focuses on turning learning into a strategic advantage, enhancing employee performance across customer support, reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead travel‑domain training on air reservations, ticketing, GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), fare rules, refunds, and compliance.
• Create engaging classroom, virtual, and e‑learning content, including SOPs, manuals, assessments, and certification frameworks.
• Coach and mentor Training Leads and Trainers, run Train‑the‑Trainer programs, and drive trainer effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and client stakeholders to identify capability gaps and support new client launches.
• Measure and improve training throughput, certification scores, CSAT/NPS, and time‑to‑proficiency.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of Training & Development experience in BPO/Contact Center environments.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing training teams.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry processes and GDS platforms.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement through learning interventions.
