Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programs for Sales Managers within the Bancassurance channel. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, recruitment techniques, and selling skills to boost overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct induction and periodic workshops on recruitment and sales techniques.
• Manage training coverage for a designated Bancassurance circle, ensuring required sessions are delivered.
• Provide product training and on‑field support for new hires.
• Continuously monitor and report on Sales Managers' progress.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to standardise learning and identify training needs.
• Drive self‑development initiatives to align with evolving channel partner requirements.
• Measure and report the impact of training on productivity.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• At least a graduate degree (any discipline).
• Basic understanding of the insurance or financial services industry.
• 1‑3 years of experience delivering training in the insurance sector (preferred).
