Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs to support the company's mission and vision. This role works closely with property leadership to identify development needs and ensure training drives business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across the property.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and develop training materials.
• Facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and leadership.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using enrollment data, guest satisfaction metrics, and performance feedback.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace.
• Develop training plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Incorporate adult learning principles into all programs.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years HR or related experience, and certified trainer.
• OR 4‑year bachelor's degree in the same fields, certified trainer, no prior experience required.
