Training Manager – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Training Manager you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for housekeeping professionals across multiple Indian cities. You will partner closely with operations and quality teams to ensure that service standards are consistently met and elevated.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes based on SOPs and service standards.
• Conduct on‑ground induction and refresher sessions for new and existing partners.
• Develop, update and maintain training manuals, guidelines and content.
• Monitor service quality through audits, feedback and on‑site observation.
• Identify training gaps and implement targeted interventions.
• Lead and manage a team of trainers across assigned locations.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals.
• Plan manpower and schedule training activities.
• Ensure professionals are trained on chemical usage, equipment handling and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in housekeeping operations (hotel, hospital or facility services).
• Prior experience in training, mentoring or managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning SOPs, chemical usage and hygiene standards.
• Experience in hotels, facility‑management companies or hospitals is preferred.
• Good communication and people‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑ground and travel within the city as required.
• Minimum qualification: 2‑year diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
