About the role

Urban Company is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead all training initiatives for its home cleaning partners in designated cities. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, standardized cleaning services through comprehensive technical and behavioral training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training programs for cleaning professionals across assigned locations.
• Develop, update, and align training content with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide hands‑on coaching on standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Design and implement training‑driven strategies to improve overall service performance.
• Manage a team of trainers, offering guidance to maintain uniform training delivery.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine training effectiveness based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices for blue‑collar workforce development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top‑tier hotels, facility management, or startups with a focus on training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven experience managing trainer teams, preferably in hospitality or facilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering training for blue‑collar workers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
