About the role

The Training Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of training programs across our campuses in Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. This role ensures efficient use of classrooms and staff, high student attendance, and successful placement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule faculty and optimize classroom and staff utilization.
• Form batches and file mandatory student documentation.
• Distribute courseware to students.
• Inspect student grooming and conduct engagement activities.
• Support placement-related activities.
• Manage student fee collections.
• Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placements.
• Oversee the student certification process.
• Maintain high attendance rates and reduce drop‑outs.
• Drive upselling through student referrals and organize parent‑teacher meetings.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Attention to detail in handling documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate resources effectively.
