Trainee – PLM & Alfresco AMS (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Konecranes is looking for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience to join as a Trainee in PLM & Alfresco Application Management Services. The position is based in Pune with a hybrid/remote work model, offering a full‑time fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor applications, respond to alerts and manage incidents using ServiceNow and internal trackers.
• Handle service requests, resolve tickets, and update work logs for each incident.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for monitoring and troubleshooting across various environments.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and meet KPI targets such as SLA, TAT and quality audits.
• Apply Konecranes core values, follow ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 guidelines, and adapt actions based on feedback.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, Mechanical or MCA/BCA degree.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; a strong technical background is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work with a globally distributed team.
• Good academic record and a proactive, customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Teamcenter or other PLM tools (advantageous).
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Familiarity with Alfresco Application Management Services.
