About the role
The trainee will support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Group Credit Life policies, ensuring smooth administration from issuance through renewal and cancellation. This position works closely with banking and corporate partners to deliver accurate policy services. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate policy records, supporting premium billing cycles, and contributing to regular performance reporting, providing hands‑on experience in insurance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
- Coordinate with banking and corporate partners for policy administration.
- Verify customer and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely premium collection, perform reconciliation and generate reports.
- Handle customer and partner queries within defined service levels.
- Collaborate with claims and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth policy servicing.
