Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead on‑ground brand activation initiatives, ensuring that promotional activities are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable impact. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on event management across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as exhibitions, site branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate vendors for fabrication, printing, events, and branding materials.
• Oversee timely execution of branding assets including hoardings, shop boards, display units, and POS materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end event execution, covering logistics, setup, and on‑ground supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, procurement) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, reporting on ROI and overall impact.
• Maintain quality control and cost efficiency in all marketing activities.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in activation or operations management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong background in BTL marketing and on‑ground activations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
