TPE Twin‑Screw Extruder Machine Operator

About the role

Rivaansh Polymers is seeking an experienced TPE Twin‑Screw Extruder Operator to join its production team in Rajkot. You will be responsible for running the extrusion line safely and efficiently, ensuring product quality and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, operate, and shut down the TPE twin‑screw extruder and complete extrusion line.
• Set and monitor temperature zones, RPM, pressure, feeding speed, and torque according to formulation.
• Feed raw materials, dose additives, and manage material flow throughout the process.
• Monitor extruder output, strand cutting, pellet quality, and record production data.
• Troubleshoot common machine and process issues to maintain continuous production.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet product specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards around the machine.
• Perform cleaning and change‑over between batches.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in TPE/TPR/TPO compounding.
• Practical experience with twin‑screw extruders.
• Knowledge of polymers such as SEBS, SBS, PP, oils, and additives.
• Understanding of TPE quality parameters (hardness, tensile, elongation, MFI, density).
• Ability to follow production formulations and process instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and machine‑handling skills.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.
