Tour Guide – Food Tours in Delhi

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Guide to lead our curated food walks across Delhi. You will share the city’s culinary heritage, history and culture while ensuring a memorable experience for each participant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site food tours, guiding participants through local eateries and landmarks.
• Provide engaging commentary on Delhi’s food history, cultural traditions and culinary stories.
• Answer guest questions and promote additional tours and services offered by Delhi Food Walks.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the tour.
• Handle logistics, navigation and any on‑the‑spot issues to ensure smooth tour operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting guided tours, preferably focused on food or cultural topics.
• Strong knowledge of Delhi’s local cuisine, history and cultural heritage.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Background in hospitality or customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Sales aptitude to promote additional tours and services.
• Enthusiasm for food, culture and creating engaging experiences.
• Ability to navigate Delhi efficiently and manage tour logistics.
