Tour Coordinator

About the role

The Tour Coordinator will join Xperience by Strategy Steamers in Puri to plan, organise and oversee guided tours for corporate and leisure clients. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every itinerary runs smoothly, from transportation and accommodation to on‑the‑ground activities, while delivering a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and schedule engaging tour itineraries based on client requirements.
• Arrange transportation, lodging, and local vendor services for each tour.
• Manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate records of tour details, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Promote tour packages and support sales initiatives to convert leads.
• Collaborate with local partners and vendors to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided‑tour coordination or similar logistics roles.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Background in event management or corporate group activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tours and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Puri, including peak‑season schedules.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, event management, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills
