Tour Coordinator

About the role

The Tour Coordinator will join Grab That Trip’s New Delhi office to design, organise and oversee domestic and international tour packages. Working closely with sales, marketing and partner networks, you will ensure every itinerary runs smoothly from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and confirm complete tour itineraries, including accommodation, transport, activities and excursions.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage bookings and share pre‑trip information.
• Coordinate with local and international partners to secure services and maintain accurate tour documentation.
• Provide on‑ground support during trips, resolve issues promptly and ensure a high‑quality traveller experience.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote packages, upsell additional services and collect feedback for future improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Event‑management and sales aptitude to organise group activities and drive revenue.
• Organisational talent, attention to detail and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline is an advantage.
