Tour Consultant – Customized Holiday Packages

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tour Consultant to design, sell, and manage premium holiday packages for domestic and international travelers. Based in Mumbai, you will work closely with clients to create personalized itineraries that match their preferences, budget, and travel style.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end planning, customization, costing, and execution of holiday packages.
• Convert inbound and outbound travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Design customized FIT and leisure itineraries for destinations such as Europe, South Africa, Japan, Turkey and others.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, visa agents and other suppliers to secure best rates and availability.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and detailed travel plans quickly and precisely.
• Follow up with clients to close sales, upsell ancillary services and improve conversion ratios.
• Manage bookings, documentation, payments and post‑sales support.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements and market demand.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in holiday package sales (domestic and international).
• Hands‑on experience designing customized itineraries, especially for Europe, South Africa and Japan.
• Proven ability to convert travel inquiries into bookings and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle last‑minute changes professionally.
