About the role

Capco is seeking a professional with experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to support its banking and financial services clients in Bengaluru. The role focuses on managing business and technology changes, ensuring smooth transition to Business as Usual, and delivering risk‑related solutions in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage business and technology changes, driving successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, translate, and clarify requirements, define design options, and write user stories for agile delivery.
• Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements and track progress.
• Support the implementation of domestic and international payment customer journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience working on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of retail and corporate banking domains and experience with payments implementation.
• Familiarity with API analysis and its application in risk management processes.
