About the role
The Therapy Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the therapy area by reaching out to customers, increasing product awareness, answering queries, and introducing new products. The role involves direct engagement with doctors, nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals to provide clinical information and support healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate product features, benefits, and scientific information to medical doctors and handle product-related queries.
- Utilize customer‑focused selling techniques to maintain high confidence and knowledge of company products.
- Deliver regular informative sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
- Plan and execute field work according to approved tour programs and report data regularly.
Required profile
- Degree in Sciences or B.Pharm with 2 to 7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Pediatric vaccine experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to present data‑driven findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.
