Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations acts as the face of Blue Dart on the ground, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments while delivering a superior customer experience. The role requires safe handling of parcels, accurate scanning, COD collection and adherence to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned territory, maintaining route efficiency.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and resolve basic queries during visits.
• Collect Cash on Delivery payments, obtain Proof of Delivery and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices and update status in real time, following SOPs.
• Follow road safety guidelines, maintain vehicle condition, and report any incidents.
• Maintain personal grooming, wear the prescribed uniform and represent the Blue Dart brand positively.
• Collaborate with Shift In‑charges and branch teams to meet productivity and service goals.

Required profile

• Education: Minimum 10th Standard Pass; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in courier, logistics, retail delivery or field operations.
• Eligibility: Minimum age 18, valid driving licence, own two‑wheeler, physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
