Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the front‑line face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned territory, ensuring service timelines are met.
• Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments, obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices and update status in real time.
• Follow safety guidelines, maintain vehicle condition and represent the Blue Dart brand professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th standard pass; fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
