About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations ensures timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory, acting as the on‑ground face of Blue Dart. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while upholding Blue Dart’s brand standards for safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments on schedule, adhering to operational procedures.
• Handle shipments safely, perform accurate scanning, and manage COD collections.
• Ensure proof‑of‑delivery (POD) compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Travel within the territory as required (up to 25% travel).

Required profile

• Ability to work inbound or outbound shifts as assigned.
• Willingness to travel within the territory (approximately 25%).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
