Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments, manage COD collections and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Follow operational procedures and maintain documentation for each transaction.
• Coordinate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand professionally during all customer interactions.

• Strong focus on customer service and brand representation.
• Ability to work shift patterns and travel within the assigned territory (up to 25% travel).
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and documentation.
