About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations acts as the on‑ground ambassador for Blue Dart, ensuring that customer shipments are collected and delivered safely, on time, and with a high level of service quality across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickups and deliveries of shipments while adhering to safety standards.
• Accurately scan shipments, manage COD collections, and obtain proof of delivery.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures and Blue Dart brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Provide superior customer experience and address any service issues promptly.
